Developing the capacity of entrepreneurship management is one of the missions of Entrepreneurship Development Foundation for Women & Youth. In addition, entrepreneurs include capitals who play important role for fulfilling the objectives of this foundation for young contacts and entrepreneurs. For this reason, this foundation considers followings:

Along with, by the help of its scientific and practical experiences, this foundation by the cooperation of Toosan Company could design and implement a project called “Empowering the Students and Graduated people in IT by the approach of Business and Entrepreneurship” in the universities of deprived regions of Tehran- a town selected as a pilot.

Considering the subject of promoting the entrepreneurship in the perspective of Toosan Company provided us with a suitable opportunity by which this project can help effectively to fulfill our social responsibility.

This project is indeed a practical approach and input for promoting the entrepreneurship among students and graduated people of deprived regions. This project has been prepared by the presumption of necessity of obtaining the skills needed by these people to entering to the business market; on the other hand, it encourages the applicants to attain new ideas by their skill and apply proper alternatives to turn it to a product to be supplied to the market.

Since first phase including recognition, registration and selection has been finished by holding seminars and briefing sessions, distribution of brochures for the project as well as group interviews. 100 people out of 196 registered ones were invited and finally only 57 people attended to the classes.

Second phase of this project, i.e. training stage has just begun in mid-December of this year considering 9 training workshops and a visit for each group- totally 18 workshops and 2 visits.
